Service Areas, Hours & Rates
We are available for one-way or round-trip transportation throughout California
and to and from the states of Arizona, Nevada and Oregon.

• We price statewide transportation on a case-by-case basis.
• For transportation in and around Monterey, Santa Cruz and the Bay Area, we price transports by region (shown below). Contact us for rates for various regions.
• Some transports are subject to additional charges (listed below).
SERVICE HOURS: We are available 365 days a year. Our normal operating hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday (not including major holidays).
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
• Transportation provided outside of normal operating hours is subject to a $100 surcharge.
• Oxygen patients: Additional fee starts at $35
• Bariatric Patients : Additional fee of $200
• Waiting time fee between one way transports is $50/hour
METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks. Corporate credit accounts are available for customers on contract with us.
